These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShadiBooking, including browsing venues, creating an account, booking a venue slot, and interacting with vendors on the platform. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using ShadiBooking in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You need a customer account to book a venue, message a vendor, or save a wishlist. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and when you update your profile.
When you submit a booking request for a venue slot, it is created with a "pending" status. A booking is not guaranteed until the venue confirms it.
Guest counts are checked against a venue's stated maximum capacity at the time of booking. Providing an inaccurate guest count may result in your booking being declined or cancelled.
ShadiBooking connects you with venues and vendors but is not itself the venue operator; the venue is responsible for honoring a confirmed booking.
You may cancel a booking from your My Bookings page. Cancelling releases the slot back to the venue's availability.
Any refund of amounts paid directly to a venue is governed by that venue's own cancellation policy, not by ShadiBooking.
Venue and vendor information - including photos, pricing, and availability - is provided by the vendor. ShadiBooking does not independently verify every detail and is not liable for inaccuracies in a listing.
Reviews reflect the opinions of the customers who submit them, not ShadiBooking.
You agree not to misuse the platform - including submitting false booking requests, posting misleading reviews, or attempting to access another user's account.
ShadiBooking is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadiBooking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with a vendor.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShadiBooking after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
